Orok Unoh

Orok Unoh is a Business Consultant who is extremely passionate about improving people and processes as well as supporting businesses to surmount the challenges of the modern era.  He is the founder and Managing Partner at Christopher-Kings and Associates, a Business Management consulting firm. He also holds the position of Director in other companies operating within the security and safety, ICT and Agricultural sectors.

His acquired expertise and knowledge spreads over end-to-end Management Advisory Services; HR Transformation, Strategy Development & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Process Re-engineering, Job Evaluation, Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Restructuring, Competence Framework Development, Training Needs Analysis, HR Policies and Procedures Development, project management, for client organizations in the public and private sectors.

Consulting is not just a career but a passion for him as he has been instrumental to the creation of several small and medium scale businesses in Nigeria and have also provided consultancy services for several organizations operating in various industries such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Finance, Hospitality and Food manufacturing, Insurance, Agriculture, Maritime, ICT, Security and Safety, Entertainment, Tourism, Public Communications, Construction, Real Estate, Education and professional services. He has also delivered service on a series of Governmental and Non-Governmental projects

Over the past few years, Orok has gained suitable expertise in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Development by functioning in diverse capacities, from project designs, Business setup and incubation, Coaching and Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation.

His Youth Empowerment/SME Development work has seen him deliver value on projects involving organisations like the World Bank, Department for International Development (DFID), GEMS project Nigeria, Growbidge Advisors UK, School for Startups, UK, Youth Enterprise with innovation (YouWin!) , Central Bank of Nigeria.

He also has designed and implemented training initiatives towards the Entrepreneurship development of some of the Ex-Agitators on the Presidential Niger Delta Amnesty programme. He has been involved in creation of businesses for this same group.

As one who is also keen on Human Capacity Development, Orok has designed, managed and facilitated several training projects in areas like, Entrepreneurship Development, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Communication, Leadership, Customer Service and other personal mastery training programmes.

He has facilitated Staff and Management Retreats and have on occasion been invited to deliver motivational speeches.

Orok also has vast project management knowledge and experience. He at a time in his professional career was a member of one of the top project management training and consulting firms in Nigeria ( Albert and Benjamin Ross).

One key strength that he wishes to use in serving his community is his ability to create opportunities out of nothing which may result in useful development programs and business opportunities.

Orok Unoh is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), as well as the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA).

Olusegun Akintunde

Olusegun Akintunde, a dynamic and resourceful individual with extensive background and experience in Strategic Management, Marketing and Sales across the key sectors of the Nigeria economy. He started his career in Academic and ventured into the industry. His first port of call was Shell Marketing (National Oil & Chemical Marketing Company, NOLCHEM, presently ConOil), in Corporate Strategic Planning Division and later in Sales & Marketing.

Besides, Akintunde worked in Pharmaceutical Sector where he held progressively responsible management positions (Locally and internationally) in Ciba-Geigy, Ltd (now NOVARTIS, a Swiss company), Bayer Pharmaceuticals (a German company), Associated Match Industries Ibadan, Grand Cereals & Oil Mills, Jos (a Subsidiary of UACN) and in an NGO (Mashiah Foundation as Director of Projects & Programme).

As part of his contributions; he introduced new products, repositioned brands and entered new markets as well as improved efficiency and effectiveness to significantly increase output thus making stakeholders happy; in addition, he’s involved in policy formulation and implementation in all of the positions held. Akintunde has deep feelings for people; providing dissolving opportunities to challenges.

Specifically, Akintunde’s over twenty-eight year experience covers a wide range of activities from manufacturing to Oil and Gas; Education, Health and Non-Governmental Organiastions operations; with in-depth understanding of peoples’ business to build value, manage risk, and increase corporate performance. He’s also into strategic management. Currently, the Academic Project Set Adviser, (MBA) Business School of Netherlands and a teacher of the Word of God.

Akintunde is a Faculty Member in Jos Business School (JBS), and a Resource Fellow Abuja Enterprising Agency (AEA) and Howes Consulting Group (Africa & Middle East). He is a Second Class Upper Division graduate in Business Administration (Banking & Finance), ABU (1982); MBA, University of Ado-Ekiti, (1998/99). Member NIM & CIMN

Mr Tolu Onabolu

Tolu Onabolu is a strategy and business consultant with over 15 years’ experience of facilitating leadership and management training for public and private enterprises across the country. The combination of his extensive management expertise, banking experience and successful forays into demanding and complex public sector initiatives provides him with the practical wherewithal to successfully facilitate training programs that assist public administrators to succeed at their management and leadership roles.

He has conducted training for IBTC, FITC, First City Bank Group, as well as several professional institutes within the country. Because of his unique blend of business, banking, project management, consulting and management experience, He is continually engaged to provide training by financial service organizations and public agencies.

He is the National coordinator of the New Nigeria Economic Group, (an Abuja based economic team tank addressing matters of public governance) as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for School Net Nigeria, an international NGO promoting the use of ICT in schools. He was also the founding managing director for Consumer Investment limited and Holly farm Foods Nigeria limited as well as presiding partner for Gain Consult, a leading capital management firm in Abuja (between 2006-2007).

Prior to these engagements, Mr. Onabolu served as the Head of Credit and Marketing department for IBTC and Head of Abuja operations for First City Merchant Bank Ltd. He holds an M.Sc in Finance from the University
Olaolu Olabimtan (B.Sc Accounting, M.B.A, F.C.T.I, F.C.A)
Olaolu has the B.Sc Accounting and the M.B.A Finance degrees of the University of Lagos.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria having passed the qualifying examinations at first sitting in 1990. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He trained with KPMG and AWD before moving on to Price Waterhouse Coopers thereby acquiring world-class experiences at both trainee and senior levels in the industry.

Olaolu has also acquired experience in the financial services sector, having worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited and First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

He has attended many courses in Nigeria and overseas including the Advance Corporate Accounts Management Course of Servexcel India and the Executive Development Programme of the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Obiakor, Ikechukwu Benjamin 
Ikechukwu is a self-motivated, passionate and ardent leader with excellent communication, people and analytical skills.
He has facilitated capacity building and entrepreneurship development programs under different business platforms, served as business development/marketing manager and marketing research executive, assistant manager, and project delivery manager as well as in corporate strategy & planning for different organizations, monitoring and evaluation of MSMEs businesses as independent consultant, and capacity building and training of senior executives of different organizations.
Some projects that he has been involved in include; training of 1300 candidates in South-South zone during the 2011 Youth with innovation in Nigeria (YouWiN) under the platform of EDC, Pan-Atlantic University, training on generating demand and excellence sales under the auspices of SPC Patterns consulting, conducted research on management training in Africa (Nigeria Study) with Dalberg Research, 1000 entrepreneurs by NDDC a project he managed under the platform of DICL and monitory/evaluation of over 130 businesses from May 2012 – till date Youwin platform.
He has strengths in marketing and business development, strategy development & deployment, entrepreneurship development through training and consultation in emerging economies/countries.
Ikechukwu has an MBA from Lagos Business School, and also holds a bachelor degree in diagnostic medicine (Histopathology/Cytology) from the FCVMLT, N.V.R.I, Vom, Plateau State, Basic Certificate in Leadership (Daystar Leadership Academy), Sustainable Agriculture Land Management, World Bank Institute and had also be trained in Vendor Application Evaluation (Individual and Conference method)

Joel Osebor
Joel Osebor is a Certified SME Management & Development Expert, Trainer and Business
Management Consultant with over fifteen (15) years’ experience in Trading, Mortgage Banking,
Telecoms, Construction & Real Estate Development sectors. He is an entrepreneur managing
growing companies in Consulting, Agriculture, Real Estate, ICT, Oil & Gas and Real Estate.
He has assessed and trained over 10,000 businesses working with Enterprise Development
Centre of Pan Atlantic University on the Federal Government YouWin Project, Diamond Bank’s
Business Enterprise Today (BET) Programme, World Bank WomenX Programme, Goldman Sachs
Women Programme, Cherie Blair Foundation & Exxon Mobil Programme and several other
projects. He also mentors beneficiaries of these programmes. He is passionate about people and
organizational development. He is the convener of The Business Advantage Series.
A graduate of Mathematics Education from Ambrose Alli University, currently running his MBA
with Business School Netherlands, has a Masters of Divinity from Grace Springs Bible College; an
Alumni of Galilee International Institute of Management, Israel; Daystar Leadership Academy,
